Spring/Summer 2026 Editor's Note: Express Yourself

This issue is all about personality and creativity. The weddings produced by the Nebraska wedding community over the past year were rooted in unique stories, where couples’ love became tangible through celebration. Engaged couples are showcasing themselves on their big day, and the wedding community continues finding innovative ways to help them achieve this. Whether through a fun arcade engagement session, displaying family wedding gowns, or an iconic espresso martini ice luge, each story and wedding is one-of-a-kind.

For this issue’s fashion shoot, we ventured to the beautiful Lauritzen Gardens. Romantic gowns took center stage, complementing the breathtaking grounds. An all-star team came together to make this shoot possible. Stunning hair and makeup looks by Model Perfect Airbrush and Addi Malena Esthetics, bouquet by Rose Joy and gowns from First Look Attire, For The One Bridal and Spotlight Bridal ensured each look was simply stunning.
