Founders One | Nine is a beautiful, historic, Industrial-style venue with just the right amount of modern touches. A stunning original brick wall and exposed concrete beams give way to an open floor plan that can accommodate any style of decor. Located in Downtown Omaha, this 1920's building can seat up to 400 guests and hosts Receptions and Ceremonies, along with Corporate and Social events. Guests will find convenience with nearby ample surface parking. Upon entering into the building, guests will find themselves in a pre-function space with modern hanging ball light fixtures, a fireplace, TV, large windows and glass roll-up garage door for patio access. From here they can venture into the main space adorned with draping and hanging bistro lights. This large space will accommodate seating while still allowing room for a dance floor, guest movement and space between tables! Large bathrooms ensure no lines and a quaint bridal suite ensures space to get ready in. The outdoor patio and lawn is the perfect place for ceremonies or for guests to gather under hanging bistro lighting to enjoy the beautiful Nebraska evenings while getting a drink from the patio bar and playing outdoor games. 

Rental comes with a variety of Tables, Pewter Chiavari Chairs, Reclaimed Wood Bars, Contemporary China Place Settings and Flatware, Gold or Rose Gold Charger Plates, Water Goblets, Continental Style Coffee Cups and Professional Event Coordination with the same person from start to finish.
