Katie Carlson and Ross Reichardt met in Chicago; the rest is history. The couple celebrated their love with an indoor ceremony and outdoor reception. Lavish florals set the tone, with crisp whites offset by lush greenery. The bridesmaids wore dresses in blush pinks and cool, rosy satins in varying styles, reflected the eclectic vintage décor. Inside, exposed wood contrasted with posh lounge chairs for chic whimsy; assorted candles, candies, and floral centerpieces of white roses, dahlias and lilacs adorned the farmhouse tables and made the tablescapes simply enchanting. A mouthwatering two-tier strawberry vanilla bean cake from Sweet Magnolias Bake Shop took center stage — with playful florals from Bouquet Omaha, it looked as divine as it tasted. Later, a live band got everyone on their feet, and the fairytale evening ended with a grand finale fireworks display.
