At the James House we like to think of our space as a blank canvas. Let's make it your own with the addition of unique rental pieces and floral designs from our parent company Rose Joy. Let us coordinate all of the decor and details for you from one place or if you are feeling creative, rent the space and tackle the set up and decor on your own.

With multiple seating options available along with small and large furniture pieces, we will truly be able to customize the space for your needs. Included in every rental is the use of all furniture pieces in the space, along with the option to rent additional pieces from our inventory. Showers, dinners and other parties will also have access to multiple tables and seating options.
