Lavish, Fun-Spirited Nuptials at A View West Shores in Waterloo

Describing their love story as a “modern fairytale” after meeting at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Yenisleidy Ojeda and Brian Wilke decided to fuse the lively energy of Sin City and their romantic relationship into their wedding day. Sarah Meduna, owner and CEO of Styled in White Events, designed a breathtaking celebration at A View West Shores featuring soft textures and light hues with modern touches. Standing at a flower-bedecked outdoor ceremony site with picturesque lake views and surrounded by 70 of their closest loved ones, Yeni and Brian became husband and wife. Guests found their seats at the custom escort wall bearing luggage tags that doubled as favors. The reception featured lavish blooms of baby’s breath, roses, hydrangeas and orchids. Cold sparklers welcomed newlyweds to the space, and Yeni debuted her second look, a fun, fringed and feathered dress, the perfect outfit in which to dance the night away. Flickering candles created a dreamy sense of enchantment as everyone gathered on the dance floor to celebrate. The three-tiered cake, a sundae bar and a coffee cart offering an array of lattes and espresso were sweet ways to wrap up the festivities.
