"LimeLight Expressions was the best decision we made for our wedding! My husband and I knew early on that we wanted a day-of-coordinator to help our wedding day run smoothly. After our initial consultation with Kimmylea, we decided to go with the Something Blue package since we were early on in the planning process. With this package we planned alongside Kimmylea and got the day-of coordination. She helped us every step of the way keeping us on track with booking vendors and even recommending vendors as well. Kimmylea was so easy to get into contact with. She always responded in a timely manner and we had several meetings along the way as well which helped us feel prepared.The wedding day was stress-free for my husband and I and our whole family. Kimmylea and Beau set up everything and tore down which was so nice to not have our families worry about. At the end of the night I found out our venue’s security guard never showed up and they wouldn’t be able to serve alcohol without one. Luckily Beau was able to fill that role due to his occupation. I’m not sure what would have happened if Kimmylea and Beau weren’t there, but I’m glad I’ll never have to find out. Kimmylea also stepped up when I was feeling uneasy about a last minute DJ switch. She contacted the owner and helped reassure me that everything would be great.If you are looking for a wedding or any type of event planner, look no further. I don't have the words to thank Kimmylea , she always had all the answers for me and also the explanations because I didn't know anything about anything, without her our wedding would have been very different. (A complete disaster)she was super organized a lot of professionalism! always respecting our opinion and even in the last moment of our wedding always trying to get us away from any worries , she always took control of matters and we really enjoyed the process. "We can't express how thankful we are that we found Kimmylea and had the chance to work with her and her team. We came to her not knowing the first thing to do when it came to wedding planning and she guided us the entire way. She made ALL of our wedding dreams possible within the budget we provided. The week before our wedding there were last minute hiccups with other vendors and Kimmylea stepped right up and contacted these vendors and reassured my husband and I that everything will be worked out by our wedding. "Kimmylea was one of the best vendors that we worked with for our fall wedding. We went with the day-of services package, and she went above and beyond. When our makeup artist realized she didn't have enough help for the event, Kimmylea had lots of suggestions for who to contact for backup. When our cake didn't look quite right, Kimmylea worked with our florist to make sure it was fixed. And when the party bus didn't show up to the church to pick up our wedding party, Kimmylea was ON IT! She called the limo service, she spoke to the owner, and she even started reaching out to hotels to find shuttle vans. Kimmylea is who you want in your corner on wedding day. While we hope for everything to be perfect, inevitably there will be little things that don't go just as you planned. Kimmylea really cares about the couples that she works with and wants to make sure that everything is accounted for. She helped to set up the day before and took everything down at the church and reception that evening. She also moved all gifts to my parents car and was willing to drive their car to unload everything at their condo that evening. She was the most responsive person to work with, as we were planning the wedding out of state, and she was always available via email and FaceTime when we had questions.
