Bride Blogger Anna // 100-Day To-Do List

By the time you guys are reading this, Brian and I will be in double digits until the big day! Woohooo! Now that I’ve done a little happy dance, it’s time to get the motivation to finish all the wedding-day details into high gear. These past few months have been a mix of everything feeling like it is done, the day you’ve planned in your head seems like perfection and then before you know it, you are back to picking out more details, making lots of choices and frankly, just plain spending more money - it can be stressful. Even for the most organized bride, there are simply decisions and purchases that have to wait until further along in your timeline to complete. To help me stay on track and (hopefully) not forget anything (who am I kidding, there will always be something you forget to think of, but that’s life and that’s ok), I have been making a million and half to-do lists. This keeps me on track for meeting deadlines and gets me excited every time I check off a project.

Here are some of my to-dos left as we get closer and closer to being Mr. and Mrs.:

  • Finish our marriage prep courses
  • Choose readings, vows and have ceremony program approved
  • Plan music for the ceremony and special dances
  • Get our marriage license and have it dropped off at the church
  • Create a timeline for the weekend and send out to family, bridal party and vendors
  • Order thank you cards – as early wedding and shower gifts arrive, being able to send out a prompt thank you to your guests is easier with stationary on hand!
  • Finalize our floral order
  • Schedule my final dress fittings
  • Decide on my inspiration and schedule a hair trial
  • Confirm all rentals
  • Confirm times and orders with all vendors
  • Make an inventory of all décor items and make a plan for when they will be set up/torn down, who needs to transport them and if any additional items are needed
  • Finish selecting and wrap all gifts to bridal and family members
  • Assemble and mail invitations
  • Decide on table assignments and create escort cards (once RSVPs arrive)

Think of anything you are worried about getting done, or have been recommended to do? I’d love to hear everyone’s ideas or where you are at in your own planning process in the comments below!
