Today marks one month until my fiancé and I say “I Do”! This whole engagement has flown by, so it shouldn’t surprise me that this summer seems to be moving at lightning speed. I am excited because I can’t wait for the day to be here and finally be married, but I am also a little nervous because I feel like I have a lot left to do!
Thankfully, I have some pretty amazing women supporting me during this process and they are helping me out when I am not able to make it back home to finish things. Tonight my mom and her friends will be making the mints and punch for the reception. I am sure they will turn out great! I wanted to share the punch recipe we are using with everyone because it is so easy, we always get tons of compliments on it and you can make it and freeze ahead of time!
This next month I am focusing on finishing projects, getting all our final payments off, and enjoying the last month of ‘being engaged’. When I first shared my inspiration board last September it was hard to imagine all my ideas coming together, but now a month away, I am finally seeing the final picture and could not be any happier with all the work I have done since then.
I am looking forward to putting the final touches on many projects, my bachelorette party in a couple weeks, and crossing my fingers the next month doesn’t move too fast!
