I had such a hard time deciding on the shoes I wanted to wear for my wedding day and kept going back and forth between high heels and flats. There are a ton of cute high heels out there; I had so much fun looking! One of the neat things about high heels is that you can dress them up and get some fun shoe clips to go on them.

But the more I thought about what I wanted to wear all day long—during pictures, ceremony, and receptions I kept coming back to flats. Plus I didn’t want to be taller than my fiancé. These flats were a little harder to find! I wanted something simple, and after much searching I finally found the shoes I liked.

Since I was searching for these during the winter months it was hard to find flats in the stores around town so I ended up ordering mine online. However, the last couple months I have seen styles like this pop up everywhere! After the shoe search was all said and done I am glad I decided to go with flats over high heels. If you remember from this post a couple months ago, I want my bridesmaids to sign the bottom of my shoes with well wishes in a blue sharpie for my ‘something blue’.
