"And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair."
- Mumford and Sons
For centuries, flowers have been used to symbolize romance, affection and ever-lasting love. Because of this age-old association, it is quite rare to find a wedding that isn't brimming with delicate floral details. However, many brides have been exploring new ways to incorporate flowers into their wedding-day aesthetic. In additional to using traditional floral bouquets, the recent revival of flower crowns has been the new go-to style for brides looking to add an extra feminine and whimsical touch to their wedding look.
I particularly love this look for flower girls. It is such a sweet detail that allows her to feel unique and special. The design options here are endless. You can go for a delicate crown of greenery and baby's breath or make a statement with a crown of oversized blooms. Above are a few of my favorite looks!
