I'm an over thinker.

Wedding planning paired with my grad school course load has only amplified my Type A tendencies - just ask my fiance. Because of this, I've had a difficult time looking past my never-ending to-do list. A lot of the time, I just feel overwhelmed.

Fortunately, I have been lucky enough to discover my saving grace: yoga. My yoga practice is a time for me to slow down my thoughts and refocus my energy. It's amazing how rejuvenating and calming a few mindful breaths can be. Yoga has not only taught me the importance of caring for my body, but also the importance of caring for my mind.
