In all honesty, I don't have the most balanced diet. For most of you, it shouldn't be a surprise that cheese is one of my main food groups - with chocolate coming in at a close second.
So, when Nic and I were looking for a caterer, one of our main requirements was finding someone who had a knack for making delicious comfort food with a true homemade feel. Don't get me wrong, a fancy meal can be great, but we really wanted our menu to exude our personalities and include our favorite dishes.
Combining this with the rising trend of food stations, Nic and I were intrigued by the idea of having a mac & cheese bar! Having a food station is a fun and interactive way for the guests to customize a dish. We hope our guests love mac & cheese as much as we do!
