It is crazy to think that we will already be sending out save the dates in just a couple of months! We want to get them sent out in enough time for our out-of-town guests to make travel arrangements, so we will be sending them out a little before the standard six months prior to the wedding. There are so many fun designs and ideas out there that you truly cannot go wrong when selecting your save the date postcard, email, magnet or card! We chose to go with a template we found online that placed one of our engagement photos in it! I was sold once I saw the periwinkle blue of my bridesmaid dresses on the front of the template. We felt it was also important to put our photo on the save the date, along with our full names so some of our parents' friends wouldn't get confused. Pretty soon, we will be picking out our actual invitations and I can't wait!
