Between wedding planning, work, household chores and holiday parties, your time gets chewed up pretty quickly. Working out is always something that tends to get shoved to the side. Before you let your workout routine go down the drain, remember that working out not only helps you look amazing on your big day, it also relieves a lot of the stress planning brings. The wonderful thing about working out is that it's one of the few times during the day you can put your phone away and focus on you.
There are so many options to choose from when it comes to your workout. I belong to a rowing gym and thankfully, we have a trainer at work! One workout I would recommend is the Kayla Itsines boot camp, but there are also several at-home workouts found on the Nike app or Pinterest. The options are endless!
