I've been doing some shopping this week and have some fun finds to share with you. In addition to the fun factor, I'm excited to see how each of these purchases will photograph. I love how simple details can completely transform the look and feel of photography.
I fell in love with these forks as soon as I stumbled upon them on Etsy! These will be a perfect addition to our cake table and could become an heirloom to be used at future weddings, too. In addition to the "I Do & Me Too", they also had "Mr & Mrs", "His & Hers", "Bride & Groom", etc., but this design got the vote from both me & Jerad.
Speaking of Etsy, I could spend hours playing on that site... Another Etsy find that I've been admiring for quite sometime is the personalized hanger. I haven't ordered one for myself just yet though - still looking for a seller that will be able to fit Jerad's entire last name on one. :) Often, the dress is photographed while still on the hanger, and this would be a great prop for showing it off.
Hands-down, my deal of the week has been purchasing satin kimono-style robes for my bridesmaids (JCPenney has a great clearance deal on these right now). They'll all have matching robes & mine will be pretty similar - should make for some pretty cute pictures while we're all getting beautiful for the day's festivities.
192 days to go!
