Bride Blogger Megan: Wedding Workout

Spotlight

Between the planning and parties, not to mention work and household chores, your time gets crunched fast when you're planning your wedding. One of the first things to go is usually your workout; how does anyone have time for a run when there are invitations to be mailed and a checklist to be completed?

While it's easy to have that mind set there are also two very important factors to think about before dropping your exercise routine. First, you want to look amazing on the day of your wedding and the earlier you get into a routine the better. Second, and much more importantly, exercise is a stress reliever. For me it's the one time of day that I can put my phone away and clear my head. I just wish I would have taken my own advice during those winter planning months, luckily I'm back on track.

I get extremely bored with the same routine over and over so I like to switch it up. I also like to be able to go to the gym, a class or stay at home depending on my schedule. So for me it has been a combination of Toneitup.com workouts, yoga and Tracy Anderson workout DVDs.

xo,

Megan
