Remembering lost loved ones at your wedding is a beautiful way to have them be a part of your day. My sister has always been close to my heart, even if it has been 10 years since she has past. Through such a trying time, I realized how important life, love and holding those you love close can be. Honoring my sister at my wedding is the least I can do for her. My fiance and I will be honoring her in a few different ways. During our ceremony, we will release a box full of butterflies acknowledging her life lived, her picture will be on my bouquet and there will be a toast in her honor at the reception. The thought of her not standing beside me on my wedding day is hard, but I know she will be right there with me from above!
