This past weekend Ryan had his bachelor party and I had my bachelorette party! We both had so much fun!
The girls and I, along with my mom, Ryan's mom, a few of my aunts and a few of Ryan's aunts, went to James Arthur Vineyard for a wine tasting. Our "party host" at the vineyard went over all the wines with us to let us know what was dry, what was sweet, and so on, and then we got to try 6 wines each. I love James Arthur wines so much, it was hard for me to try new ones because I just wanted to drink my favorites, but I tried some new ones and found some new favorites! I really liked Brianna and San Realto of the new ones that I tried.
From the vineyard, some of us went to Omaha to the Doubletree hotel downtown. We got checked into our rooms, had some snacks and drinks and just relaxed. I then opened gifts and got some great items! My maid-of-honor was so clever and on the invites for the party suggested the girls get me some beachwear since we will be going somewhere tropical for our honeymoon. So, I did get some really pretty panties and lingerie, but then I also got some cute beach bags, swim suit cover ups, and other items!
Around 6:30 we left to go to dinner at Vivace in the Old Market, which was amazing! There were about 25 of us at dinner so we had our own private room which was very nice!
Then we hit the bars! We had a blast dancing the night away!
We have been very busy with shower's and parties, and they are now over! The bachelor and bachelorette parties were the last of the pre-wedding festivities, and now we will focus on the last minute details of the wedding! I can't believe it's almost here!
