Lately, I have seen so many fresh and flirty garters made of lace, tulle, and of course, beaded appliques with a lot of sparkle. I want to continue my brooch bouquet theme by wearing a beautiful brooch garter. With some basic sewing skills, this could be a DIY project. Thinking about fun little details, such as garters, is a nice break from dealing with the larger, more complicated wedding decisions!
