Well, nine months to go until I say, “I do” so it’s time to make the gym a serious habit! Not only do I want to look and feel great on my wedding day, but exercising is also a great way to de-stress when wedding decisions pile up. My groom and I are keeping each other motivated and accountable on those days we want to skip. I could also recruit my three friends who will also be brides in 2014 to keep me on track. Whatever it takes, making a habit of getting healthy is one wedding decision I will not regret!
