I recently met with my wedding coordinator, Molly Nicola, at the Embassy Suites Lincoln to discuss wedding details. During our meeting we created a timeline for the day of the wedding. She advised me on how long it typically takes a large crowd to travel from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour, when to schedule toasts, video, caking cutting and so many more tips to make the evening flow. It's also a good idea to create a schedule of the entire day to give to your wedding party. Before creating my timeline, I spoke with my hair stylist, photographer, wedding coordinator, and other vendors affected by scheduling to determine how to time everything throughout the day. Creating a wedding day timeline made me realize just how fast that day will go and also how it important it is to enjoy every minute of it!
