We chose the Embassy Suites in Lincoln for our reception venue for many reasons, but a key reason was so that we can easily accommodate our out-of-town guests. To make our guests feel welcome when they check in to their hotel room, we will provide them with a welcome bag. This is another easy, DIY project that shows your guests you care and you want them to enjoy the wedding weekend. Things to include in a welcome bag might include the weekend itinerary, your favorite local treats, and a list of your favorite things to do and see around town. This kit is a small token of your appreciation for your guests' support on your big day!
