Following the French Way, These Cream Hues and Florals Create a Natural and Classy Tone

As Americans, we are drawn to the French lifestyle and culture. It has been around for so long and their style still rings true: eclectic and timeless. Sam Areman really took that inspiration and created this shoot with other vendors in the Lincoln/Omaha area. You can create the vibe you want anywhere you want as long as people are there to support you and give you the tools you need! Here is what Sam Areman has to say about shooting this editorial piece.

What was your inspiration for this shoot?

I love European architecture and was inspired when I came across this building in central Lincoln. The pillars, blue hues, and historic feel reminded me of Paris; imagining french provincial moldings and furnishings. I sourced many items from antique stores, locating pieces that fit the french blue and vintage feel of the shoot.

What was your favorite part?

My favorite part of the shoot was working with talented vendors, many who are good friends. All of the pieces came together so perfectly, and I think that's the magic of giving vendors some initial direction, and then a lot of creative freedom.
