Kelsey was one of the easiest people to work with. I started with a small vision and she helped expand that vision and then brought that vision to life! Kelsey made our cake into something breathtaking, especially with the sugar flowers! I was asked all night long if they were real flowers. I wanted to surprise my husband with a grooms cake that incorporated something he loves, sports, and that everyone would talk about. Kelsey did just that by making Memorial Stadium. People were in awe that it was cake! Beyond the looks of the cakes, the taste was even better. The lemon is the best tasting lemon cake, I’ve ever tasted. Again, I had so many people tell me and are still talking about how delicious the cakes were.

The cake was not only a masterpiece in design but also absolutely delicious. The level of detail was astounding; every aspect was meticulously crafted to match the Hermes boxes perfectly, down to the iconic colors that were spot on. It truly looked like a luxury piece straight out of the boutique! She was professional, attentive, and took every request into account, ensuring the cake was exactly what I had envisioned and more.
