{fitness challenge} week ten

Well, tomorrow is the day! I will finish my 10-week journey of this fitness challenge! I don’t have much to write about today as I have been continuing my focus on nutrition  and exercise for this last week! I am feeling a few different emotions as I head into the final testing… I’m nervous because the perfectionist that I am wants to do amazingly well.  This is one of those competitive situations (with myself) when I DO care and I don’t want to feel disappointed after I complete the final testing.

I’m happy because I will officially be a F.I.T. member at Farrell’s. (That just means I finished the program!) I can continue Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping and see continued results for our wedding in April…  I plan to continue my products with Max Muscle too!

I’m thankful for this opportunity.  I had only driven by the Farrell’s location but had no idea what it was about until I saw it on the Nebraska Wedding Day blog.

Last, but not least, I feel proud. No matter what numbers I see tomorrow I can feel proud that I did something I really didn’t think I’d be able to do.  I left an old workout program I loved. I set my alarm clock every Monday-Friday for 4:25 am.  And never once did I skip on a weekday, and rarely on a weekend.  I attended 58 classes out of 60.  I worked out harder than I ever have in my life.  I ate fewer carbs than I’ve ever eaten in my life, too. (Ha!)  But even more so, I am seeing results that I’ve never seen before.  Every once in a while if I have my hand on my hip, I catch myself realizing that I’ve got some solid abs that weren’t there 10 weeks ago ...and that rocks. (No pun intended.)

Thanks for cheering me on… you supporters don’t know it, but your comments were exactly what I needed on those rough days! I’ll share with you how it all goes sometime next week!  Here’s to giving it my all tomorrow— I can do it!
