FROM THE BRIDE: Our wedding day was incredible. Kyle and I sincerely enjoyed celebrating amongst the company of our closest friends and family in an atmosphere that felt like us. From the moment we woke up until our bubble exit, we were both fully present and able to enjoy all the day had to offer. We spent our honeymoon reminiscing how beautiful of a day it truly was. When I think back to our wedding day, I can't help but smile. One of my favorite moments from our wedding day was the “us time” we scheduled prior to entering our reception. We arrived at the reception halfway through cocktail hour and the wedding party entered without us. Meanwhile Kyle and I snuck around to the side entrance to enjoy a first view of the finished dining room. It was not only special to have a “private viewing,” but it was a unique time for Kyle and me to be alone together. We enjoyed a plate of appetizers and a drink while reflecting on how great the day was going and the fact that we had just tied the knot! We just took twenty minutes to ourselves, and it was absolutely worth every second. When planning gets stressful, remember why you're doing this in the first place. You love each other and want to spend the rest of your lives together. Weddings are a unique and rare opportunity to gather your closest friends and family, take full advantage of that precious time.
