We LOVE this local love story! Let us guide you through the darling highlights, starting at the beginning ... What’s better than dinner and a movie for a first date? Answer: A well-executed home-cooked meal (prepared by Sam) followed by a cozy evening of movie watching. No crowded restaurant or theater for these former co-workers – just time to relax and enjoy one another’s company. Well done Sam! So it was no surprise that Sam’s proposal was also home centric. But this time the backdrop was Kaylin’s parents' acreage - a favorite spot where the couple loved to spend time relaxing and fishing in the private pond. Sam’s romantic plan included a candle-lit path to the pond where he was waiting to propose to the lovely Kaylin! Of course, both families were waiting in the wings to help celebrate. YAY - what fun! As they planned their wedding day, a few priorities rose to the top of the list. The talented photographers were booked first - The Mullers, check! Then next came the booking of an excellent catering company - Attitude on Food, check! They were then determined to design a day that would be enjoyable for all in attendance. Kaylin chose blush and rose gold with hints of gray, cream and fuchsia to convey their soft and romantic style. It was a classy, relaxed and fun affair - they even gave a nod to that pond from their engagement story with custom fishing-themed sugar cookies that were cute as the dickens! Words of wisdom from this couple ... Kaylin recommends that you “plan like crazy and get things booked well in advance. Then once the day arrives, just roll with it and trust that everything happens for a reason.”
